OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking you will be charged the full cost of your booking.

We strongly advise you to ensure that you give us the required notice so we do not have to implement our cancellation policy.

If you cancel after 00:00:00 local time, 2 day(s) prior to arrival date, the forfeiture amount will be
100% of the total amount of your booking.

We apologise in advance for the inconvenience this may cause however as a independent business, last-minute cancellations can affect us quite significantly and giving us plenty of notice allows us to rebook columns, plan our staffing and provide you with the most optimum service for all of our clients.
